Job Postings Comparison
1. One (1) day temporary assignments: 30% of the referred candidate's wage or other compensation paid by Employer to candidate for the one (1) day assignment.
2. More than one (1) day temporary
    assignments:
10% of the referred candidate's monthly wages or other monthly compensation paid by Employer to candidate. Part-months will be pro-rated based on a thirty (30) day calendar month.

Monthly fees will be paid for three (3) months at which time if candidate is still employed with Employer, the Employer will pay the one-time discounted permanent hire fee (see below) and monthly fees will end.

A termination of employment of the candidate by Employer or candidate before the end of said three (3) month period and later re-hire of candidate by Employer as a temporary employee will re-start the three (3) month fee period. Additionally, a termination of employment of the candidate by Employer or candidate before the end of said three (3) month period and later re-hire of candidate by Employer as a permanent employee will require payment of the full, non-discounted permanent hire fee.
3. Discounted permanent hire fee: 7.5% of the candidate's annual salary, annual hourly wages, or other annual compensation, determined at date of permanent hire, to be paid by Employer to candidate.
4. Permanent hire fee: 7.5% of the candidate's annual salary, annual hourly wages, or other annual compensation, determined at date of permanent hire, to be paid by Employer to candidate.

  • If Candidate leaves employment or is terminated within (1) day of employment MedDentjobs.com will waive fee.
  • If Candidate is on Temporary assignment and is hired within 90 days Employer fee is discounted to 7.5% of annual salary
  • If fees are paid in full and Candidate is terminated or quits with-in 60 days of hire date Employer will receive a onetime Candidate replacement free of charge
